1 NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter the KFDM Nutty Jerry’s Concert Series Contest, log onto kfdm.com. If you are selected by random drawing on SUNDAY DECEMBER 11, 2011, you and a friend will win two premium tickets to THE COMMODORES, backstage passes, accommodations at HOLIDAY INN BEAUMONT PLAZA, $175 “The Grill” dinner card, Autographed keyboard from Guitar & Banjo Studio, Encore Spa Package from On-Stage. Floral arrangement from Forever Yours Florist and movie passes from Hollywood Theatres.
2. All entrants will be entered into a random drawing for the Grand Prize Package.
3. Grand prize winner to be selected in a random drawing conducted on 12/11/11 and notified by 12/12/11. Winner must claim prize by end of business on 12/13/11 or an alternate winner will be selected. Judges' decisions are final.
4. Grand prize winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, advertising and liability release within 1 day of notification or prize will be forfeited. All winners agree to use of their names/voices/likenesses in publicity and advertising without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
5. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Taxes are sole responsibility of winners. Limit: one Nutty Jerry’s Concert Series Grand Prize per household or family.
6.
