NUTTY JERRY’S CONCERT SERIES – RICK SPRINGFIELD
1 NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter the KFDM Nutty Jerry’s Concert Series Contest, log onto kfdm.com. If you are selected by random drawing on MONDAY DECEMBER 5, 2011, you will win two premium tickets to RICK SPRINGFIELD, backstage passes, accommodations at HOLIDAY INN BEAUMONT PLAZA, dinner for 2 at Nutty Jerry’s, autographed guitar from Guitar & Banjo Studio, Spa treatment from On-Stage Salon, floral arrangement from Forever Yours Florist and moviepasses from Hollywood Theatres. Plus you will be one of 10 people chosen for a pre-concert “Eat n Greet” with Rick Springfield.
2 All entrants will be entered into a random drawing for the Grand Prize Package.
3 Grand prize winner to be selected in a random drawing conducted on 12/05/11 and notified by 12/06/11. Winner must claim prize by end of business on 12/07/11 or an alternate winner will be selected. Judges' decisions are final.
4 Grand prize winner agrees to terms of an affidavit of eligibility, advertising and liability release within 1 day of notification or prize will be forfeited. All winners agree to use of their names/voices/likenesses in publicity and advertising without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
