ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS CONTEST
RULES
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Register to win by logging on to KFDM.com and entering the ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS CONTEST between November 14, 2011 and December 16, 2011. Entries must be received by close of business, Friday, December 16, 2011, to be eligible for prizes.?2. Five separate winners will be selected by random drawing following the close of the contest on Friday, December 16, 2011 and announced on kfdm.com. Winners determined by our judges' panel. Not responsible for lost, late, illegible, damaged or misdirected entries. Limit one entry per person per day.?3. Prize package includes one gift basket valued at $250 or more. A total of five (5) gift baskets will be given away. ?4. A total of five individual winners will be determined. All judges' decisions are final. Winners will be notified by telephone or email and must be verified within 24 hours of?notification or an alternative winner will be selected.
5. By entering, participants agree to an affidavit of eligibility, ?advertising and liability release upon notification or prize will be?forfeited. All winners agree to use of their names/voices/likenesses in ?publicity and advertising without further compensation, except where?prohibited by law.?6. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Taxes are sole ?responsibility of winners. Limit: one prize per household or family.?7. Contest open to U.S. residents.
