NUTTY JERRY’S SUMMER CONCERT SERIES – CREDENCE CLEARWATER REVIVAL
1 NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter the KFDM Nutty Jerry’s Summer Concert Series Contest, log onto kfdm.com. If you are selected by random drawing on Monday, August 1, 2011, you and a friend will win two front row tickets to Credence Clearwater Revival, backstage passes, accommodations at The Elegante, dinner for two at Nutty Jerry’s, Get Away spa package, floral arrangement, autographed guitar and movie passes.
2 All entrants will be entered into a random drawing for the Grand Prize Package.
3 Grand prize winner to be selected in a random drawing conducted on 08/01/2011 and notified by 08/02/11. Winner must claim prize by end of business on 08/03/11 or an alternate winner will be selected. Judges' decisions are final.
4 Grand prize winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, advertising and liability release within 1 day of notification or prize will be forfeited. All winners agree to use of their names/voices/likenesses in publicity and advertising without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
5 No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Taxes are sole responsibility of winners. Limit: one Nutty Jerry’s Summer Concert Series Grand Prize per household or family.
