ENTER TO WIN -- SPRING CLEANING CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Register to win by submitting photos of your spring cleaning mess. Fill out the entry form found on the KFDM.com contest page. Entries must be received by close of business, Thursday April 21, 2011 to be eligible for prizes.
2. Winners will be selected by a user rating system and announced on Live at 5 Friday, April 22, 2011. Winners determined by the top three rated photos on the website. Two rating votes are allowed per entry, per day, and all voters must be registered for the contest to participate. Not responsible for lost, late, illegible, damaged or misdirected entries. Limit one entry per person per day.
3. Prize package includes one gift basket valued at $200. A total of three (3) gift baskets will be given away.
4. A total of three individual winners will be determined. All judges' decisions are final. Winners will be notified by telephone or email and must be verified within 24 hours of notification or an alternative winner will be selected.
5. Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, advertising and liability release upon notification or prize will be forfeited. All winners agree to use of their names/voices/likenesses in publicity and advertising without further compensation, except where?prohibited by law.
6. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Taxes are sole responsibility of winners. Limit: one prize per household or family.
7. Contest open to U.S. residents. Ineligible are employees and their families of KFDM-TV, Vacuum City, Carter & Company, Park Avenue Cleaners, all prize suppliers, all affiliated companies and subsidiaries and all advertising and promotional agencies.
